Amra Ram consoled Ankuri Beegam, mother of Pehlu Khan; Assured the family the peasant movement will protect them
All India Kisan Sabha President Amra Ram visited Jaisingpur village of Nuh District of Haryana, home of Pehlu Khan the dairy farmer killed in Alwar (Rajasthan) by so-called gourakshaks on 13th April, 2017. Ankuri Beegam, mother of Pehlu Khan said she lost most precious in her life and requested to ensure justice. Pehlu Khan’s sons Irshad and Arif and the uncle Hussain Khan received Amraram.
Amraram expressed solidarity with the grieving family and conveyed deep condolence. On behalf of AIKS he assured all support and conveyed that struggle will go on to bring perpetrators of the heinous crime before law as well as for effective compensation as well as livelihood security for the family.
Amraram said the peasant movement across the country will fight till justice delivered to the victims and protect the family of Pehlu Khan since he sacrificed his life for the cause of the peasant interests.
