Sangh Pariwar criminals exonerated in Pehlu Khan Murder case.
AIKS condemned the motivated investigation of CB-CID, Rajasthan which exonerated the 6 accused as not guilty in the Pehlu Khan Murder case. It is growingly becoming evident that any grave crime committed by a person related to Sangh Pariwar, will be exonerated by any investigation agency in Present day India. The dying declaration of Pehlu Khan named those persons as his killer or conspirators to kill him but investigation agency ignored that and made a case to remove their names. This is the real face of the investigating agencies today under BJP govt.
AIKS demands that the biased report of CB-CID should be scraped and further enquiry, should be held by CBI under the supervision of the High Court, so that impartial enquiry is done and real criminal culprits are booked and punished.
