AIKS strongly protest murder of farmer in UP by goons of private finance company

Both the Prime Minister and Chief Minister have to apologize to the people for not arresting the murderers of the farmer. Government must provide Rs 25 lakh as compensation to the family

The AIKS strongly protests the horrible murder of a farmer Gyan Chandra at his farmland in Sitapur district in UP on 20th January 2018 by a criminal gang of a private financier company. The farmer was killed for his inability to repay the remaining sum of a Rs. 5 lakh loan taken for purchasing a tractor.

It is reported that Rs. 1, 25,000 was to be deposited to clear the loan and Rs 35,000 had been paid in early January. Five persons representing the private moneylender company reached his village and snatched the key of the tractor. There was an argument between the goons and Gyan Chand and when they forcefully taking away the tractor, one of the members of the gang pushed the farmer in front of the tractor and crushed to death in front of his family members. Gyan Chandra had five daughters one of whom has speech and hearing difficulties. None of the criminal was arrested so far denotes the utter failure of law and order situation under the BJP led Adityanath Government in Uttar Pradesh. There is total anarchy in the state and no safety for the citizen.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adithyanath had promised to write off all the loans of farmers if the BJP got elected to power in UP. It is a shame that farmers are murdered in farmlands under Modi-Yogi Raj in UP for inability of repaying debts and the State government is not ready to even arrest the murderers. Both the Prime Minister and Chief Minister have to apologize to the nation for this sorry state of affairs. AIKS strongly demands arrest of all the culprits immediately and providing Rs 25 lakh as compensation to the family.

अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा एक निजी वित्त कंपनी के गुंडों द्वारा यूपी में एक किसान की जघन्य हत्या के खिलाफ जोरदार, पुरजोर विरोध करती है किसान के हत्यारों को गिरफ्तार न करने के लिए दोनों प्रधान मंत्री और मुख्यमंत्री माफी मांगे और सरकार पीड़ित परिवार को मुआवजे के रूप में 25 लाख रूपये दे।

अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा 20 जनवरी 2018 को सीतापुर जिले में अपने खेत में काम कर रहे किसान ज्ञान चंद की एक निजी वित्तीय कंपनी के एक आपराधिक गिरोह द्वारा भयानक हत्या का पुरजोर विरोध करती है । किसान को रुपये की शेष राशि की चुकाने में असमर्थता के लिए मार दिया गया था जो ट्रैक्टर को खरीदने के लिए उसने 5 लाख रुपये का कर्जा लिया था।

यह जानकारी मिली है की कर्जे का भुगतान करने के लिये रु.1,25,000 जमा किया गया था और अभी जनवरी के शुरू में रु.35,000 रुपये का भुगतान किया गया था। निजी धनदाता कंपनी का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले पांच व्यक्ति उसके गांव पहुंच गए और किसान से ट्रैक्टर की चाबी छीन ली। गुंडों और ज्ञान चंद के बीच कहा सूनी तर्क -वितर्क हुआ और जब कंपनी के गुंडे जबरदस्ती से ट्रैक्टर को ले जा रहे थे, गिरोह के एक सदस्य ने ट्रैक्टर के सामने किसान को धक्का दिया और उसके परिवार के सदस्यों के सामने उसे कुचल दिया। ज्ञानचंद्र की पांच बेटियां हैं जिनमें से एक में भाषण और सुनवाई की समस्याएं हैं गूंगी और बाहरी हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश में बीजेपी के नेतृत्व वाली आदित्यनाथ सरकार की कानून और व्यवस्था की स्थिति की असफलता से अब तक कोई भी अपराधी गिरफ्तार नहीं हुआ है। राज्य में पूरी तरह से अराजकता है और नागरिकों के लिए कोई सुरक्षा नहीं है। प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने भाजपा के उत्तर प्रदेश में सत्ता में आने पर किसानों के सभी कर्जों का माफ़ करने का वादा किया था, । यह शर्म की बात है कि यूपी में मोदी-योगी राज के तहत कर्ज चुकाने की असमर्थता के कारण खेतों में किसानों की हत्या की जा रही है और यहाँ तक की राज्य सरकार हत्यारों को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए भी तैयार नहीं है। प्रधान मंत्री और मुख्यमंत्री इस दुखद स्थिति के लिए राष्ट्र से माफी मांगे। अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा पूरी मजबूती से तुरंत सभी अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी और पीड़ित परिवार को मुआवजे के रूप में 25 लाख रुपये देने की मांग करती है।
