Unprecedented Show of Solidarity by Mumbaikars to Kisan Long March!

An important feature of Kisan Sabha’s “Long March”, as it entered Mumbai city, is the extraordinary support it has been receiving from the Mumbai’s middle class households. Resident associations are lining up the Eastern Express Highway and distributing water, poha and biscuits to the peasants. Children distributing biscuits near Vikhroli, Sikhs arranging langar and providing food and Mumbaikars showering flowers on the Marchers are all indicating how it is being received wholeheartedly by people.
