Kisan Sabha to rally against agrarian crisis – The Hindu

In the backdrop of crisis in the agrarian sector, coupled with issues such as decline in the country’s growth and erosion of employment, the All India Kisan Sabha (AIKS) announced that it would hold a four-day national conference at Hisar starting Tuesday.

“A public rally of farmers, agricultural labourers and workers will be held tomorrow [October 3], which will be addressed by Chief Minister of Tripura Manik Sarkar,” said Mr. Inderjit Singh, general secretary of the conference’s reception committee.
