Farmer Protest: Farmers’ protest 2nd day live: Haryana CM stirs controversy – The Economic Times
The farmers’ strike in major states of the country entered the second day today. Farmers of Uttar Pradesh, West Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Maharashtra are said to be on a strike. In some of these states, farmers have called for a 10 day strike.
Meanwhile, Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar stirred a controversy today when he went on camera saying that farmers are protesting about unnecessary things.
